Microsoft Photos - Where are you ?

Installed 2016 Office Home and Business last week. Set up (2) user accounts, my wife's account is not experiencing these issues. Opens Pictures with Microsoft Photos........This morning minding my own business and about to attach a jpg file to an Email encountered
ERROR: "Class not Registered".....OK, read the Community Posts, jumped thru suggested hoops and then further searching my default Programs Folder, don't see "Photos" App like it's listed on my wife's user acct. I can see it listed under Start-All apps. Next,
noticed all files listed under my wife's user account - Default Program - Associate a file type with a program = Photos. On the other hand on my user acct, all the same file types are associated with program = TWINUI. OK, that's about as far as I can go,
should I be able to see Photos as a default app and then associate it to say jpg file type, etc. Very frustrating out of the blue this coming up.... ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED

    Microsoft Office Taskbar Jump Lists

    Hi Ken,

For us to better assist you with the taskbar Jump Lists issue, we'd like to know the following:

    • Were there any changes made to the computer prior to this issue (e.g. Windows updates)?
    • Does the issue also occur on other pinned apps/files?

In the meantime, we suggest to turn off/on Jump Lists in Settings. To do so, please follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + i to open Settings, then select
      Personalization.
    • In the left pane, click Start.
    • Turn Off then turn On Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on the Start or the taskbar.

We're looking forward to your reply.
