Windows 10: I couldn't install the driver softwire for my Lenovo laptop, and having Bluetooth issues

I was having problem with the Bluetooth connection with my controller and my keyboard, i then thought removing them and try to connect them again, i tried everything but nothing worked. at the end i went to Lenovo's website to download the drivers but couldn't find out what one should I install so I tried Installing the softwire that lenovo told to download for to get the right drivers called "LSBSetup.exe" but it won't download and pops up an error pageI tried everything, tried to out it somewhere else, running it with administrator privilege but till nothing workedIN SUMMARY I'm having Bluet

Windows 10 computer paired w/ bluetooth speaker, but doesn't send music to speaker

A possible solution to Bluetooth speaker playback issue I tried all the steps listed in several posting forums with no success. I finally found a solution after 3 hours of investigating. 1st several forums suggest updating drivers... but do not specify which drivers to update i.e. the Bluetooth device? (eg. bose audio, sony driver for sony Bluetooth headphones etc.), or the windows driver?

*** For me the solution was updating the Bluetooth driver from LENOVO's website (the laptop/computer manufacture's website) once the driver was installed the bluetooth playback through BOSE Bluetooth audio adaptor worked perfectly.

I understand not everyone will have a LENOVO laptop/computer however I think it is worth downloading the latest Bluetooth driver from the device you are streaming from.

• Are you able to see the device in Device Manager?

I would suggest you to download the driver available from the manufacturer website and install the Bluetooth driver in Compatibility mode and check.

Bluetooth not working on Lenovo Yoga 500 laptop

I think it was simply patience and perseverance, finding and trying versions.
In this circumstance, assuming there is no other factor disabling bluetooth such as airplane/flight mode, you might see what version driver is offered if you used a driver updater tool such as Drivermax or Driver Easy, ignoring everything except bluetooth drivers.

Best to ask on Lenovo's site- specific to your device.
