Windows 10: My HP Envy, got 9 months ago.Win11,Gen13, Did a BIOSupdate,now locked out w/o BIOS...

About a year ago I bought a 17 in touch screen 13th generation Intel with Windows 11 home and I have a password for my windows but I have a password for my BIOS at least I do now I didn't update and then I was prompted to put in a BIOS password or I did it and I don't remember and I can't get in now for like almost 2 months because you can't get a code from HP after 3 attempts, normally you get a 9 digit number in brackets, not anymore says HP. Best Buy said that you can't take the BIOS battery out of it and put it back in like you used to and I read an article saying that my BIOS battery is

9 months ago I purchased a ASUS laptop with Windows 10 already installed. I added a device - HP ENVY 4520 All-In-One Printer and everything worked fine until the other day. Now it shows my printer is no longer installed and is no longer listed as a connected
device. How can I get it back?
