Windows 10: Lifetime user of PDF X - app is crashing File Explorer

I've been a Lifetime User of the PDF X app for a while. I installed it a few months back because every time I tried to use File Explorer to attach a PDF to an email or upload a PDF on the internet, it would crash my system. As soon as I uninstall the PDF X app, my system magically resumes with no issues and I can once again attach the file or upload it. That's all fine and good until I want to use the PDF X app to merge a PDF, annotate, or convert an image to a PDF. Then I have to reinstall the app, make my changes, and uninstall it again. PDF X Pro lifetime version

I bought and installed already the PDF X lifetime version (order no 6629722009) in my main PC. In the trial version the adv of the application is claiming that the upgrade is for "up to 10 devices".I have two more or three devices where the PDF X's trial is installed and i want to upgrade to Pro. How can i do this if the adv claim "up to 10 devices" is true? Thank you.
