    i have tried mutiple time now to uninstall other updates and install this first but it's not working i have done a few things i have seen ppl suggest but not seeming to work. it won't go past 8 percent

    Download error - 0x80248007 2023-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5025239)

    I just ran all of those steps including the last to install windows using the iso file.

    Unfortunately I am getting the same error.
