Windows 10: is there best way to reset pc without losing data?

my pc having some glitches, i tried windows update, sfc scannow, dism restorehealth and scaning virus, but none of them worked, so i'm trying to reset pc. also some people says "if you have some glitches, then reinstall windows using media creation tool.", but there is another way to reset pc using built in option and it written in most websites. which i should select to reset pc? i don't want to lost data, settings, licence, drivers and other disk drive data. the system infomation is: windows 11 23h2, build 22631.5189. thanks.

How to reset pc without losing files Windows 10

I wanted to reset my computer as it was running slow but i didnt want to lose my data i read that files kept on pc desktop wont be deleted if you use keep my files option so i tried resetting but then the pop up gave me a list of files saying “Your apps
will be deleted, have to be reinstalled. This is a list of programs that will be saved on the desktop that can be viewed later” i didnt understand what it meant the list contained files i wanted to keep on the computer. Are those files going to be deleted?
Or Saved?

@Maban - does GPU-Z fail the same way for you the way it does for me? I.e. total system freeze/lockup, requiring a hard reset?

@W1zzard - I will try the suggested steps later today, as I am not near that PC at the moment.
