Windows 10: I purchased a Dell laptop more than 1 year ago, along with which I got windows License key...

Hi, I purchased a laptop last to last year, and got the windows + office product free with the laptop. In order to activate the windows I created outlook email address instantly. Later on during windows update the laptop crashed and I lost of email id as well with which the product key was there.I have the reference number given by the dell employees if you can help me to get the email address along from the purchase reference number willl be big help.

I recall the Windows 10 license keys were in a eMail from Microsoft but cannot find it using Outlook 365 search.

TQ but I like to retrieve the license keys emailed from Microsoft at time of purchase. My account settings no longer list my Windows 10 Pro purchase b/c it only keep list of 3 months purchase....

Since my license is purchased, I should be entitled to transfer my license to another computer.

1. How can transfer of license possible in my situation of my two purchases of Windows 10 Professional ? I prefer to prove my license to 3rd party but Microsoft is not forthcoming how.
   
2. Is there alternative for someone who is more-than-average-fluent in Microsoft Windows but still need help in such seeminly simple task ?

Thanks I searched the eMail account I bought license but have not clicked on each eMail. I may have more sucess if I used exact text string that Microsoft eMailed me with that license key. How to find out?

How to prove purchase when I mistakenly assumed license key eMail can be retrieved ? Bank even in Canada don't keep record when I have changed bank.

Keys are not associated with eMail account ? That is what I assumed...
