Windows 10: Why can I not transfer pdf photo files by Bluetooth enabled laptop and tablet?

I am trying to transfer pdf photo files from my laptop to my tablet. Both are paired and says it is transferring a file but eventually says it cannot transfer 'this type of file'. I want to put a few photos on my laptop onto my tablet? Is there a way round this problem?I am not trying to link my phone and laptop as the subject field below, but there is nothing covering my query/problem

Unable to locate pdf transferred via bluetooth

Hi,

I tried to transfer 3 PDF files from PC to my Lumia 520 via Bluetooth, after 3 pdf file transfer was completed it showed TAP TO VIEW, when I clicked on this I
could find only the last (3rd) file transferred on the PDF viewer (default PDF viewer installed on my device) 1st and 2nd files were missing.

1. How will I find my missing PDF files?
2. Where can I locate this files?
3. Missing file will use my phone memory? How can I delete those files?
4. For each file transferred via Bluetooth should I every time click on TAP VIEW ?
5. In PDF viewer if I delete file from the recent file list will it be completed deleted from the memory or just clearing the history list?

Kindly help me ...

Fault trying to share photos from phone to laptop via Bluetooth


While waiting for replies I solved this - in Windows 10 by the following steps where -> means click/select.

1. Start -> Settings-> Devices -> Bluetooth.
2. At this point ensure Bluetooth is on and device you wish to make the transfer from is listed and paired.
3. At the bottom of the same page under Related Settings -> Send or receive files via Bluetooth -> Receive files.
   
4. The Waiting for connection page appears stay on this page and initiate the transfer from your device.
5. The file is being received window appears with a progress bar when this is complete you will be asked where to save the file and Finish

It appears these steps have to be performed for each individual file transferred therefore I've pinned the Settings window with Bluetooth selected to the task bar.

 

Retrieve Bluetooth transferred PDFs file

I have transferred few PDFs file from my laptop to my windows phone using Bluetooth but i dont know where they have got saved. Even i connect my laptop to my phone and checked for the pdf file in every folder. I dont know how to retrieve those files or
to delete them ?
