Windows 10: Why does my bitlocker not allow me to use my letters to input the code for recuperation?

I'm not able to resign in with my pin. It said to wait 2 hours on the start screen. Or I could go to Microsoft account to open it back up. So I read the log from Ben and signed into bitlocker. However my Lenovo laptop will not allow me to use my letters when trying to input the recuperation key to be able to continue the next step.My laptop is working with a Spanish key distribution.

Bitlocker locked and won't allow me to type letters in the key code

Hi. I just got a new HP laptop, with Win11 Pro. After going through the initial startup, the computer restarted straight to a Bitlocker screen and wants a recovery key. When I try to enter the key code I am not allowed to enter letters, such as a "B". Numbers are accepted, but letters aren't! I've tried getting out of this mess for hours. I can't get beyond the screen because I can't enter the whole code!! I've tried selecting other sign issues, but the repair and reset options don't work. I've turned the computer off, and on, and off and on, to no avail. Every restart opens to the same locked screen. I can't get to a safe startup, startup, or any other helpful screen, period!! Bitlocker has turned my new computer into a boat anchor. Since it's your product, I need you to help fix it, asap! Thanks, I hope.
