    Failing WIN 11 24H2 Pro In-place upgrade from 23H2 Pro "Setup Failure" BSOD


    Hi Everyone,I'm trying to do another in-place upgrade on a 23H2 Pro to 24H2 Pro desktop. I have done it the "Clean Install" way with removing AV, stopping services, turning on Memory Integrity, still failing...got a BSOD "Setup Failure". When the computer got back to the desktop screen it had a "We couldn't install Windows 11" with the error code of 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operations.All drivers are updated, BIOS is the latest, BIT Locker was suspended. I don't know what else I could try. I will attach the Panther and Roll

    Well, I want to try this in a VMware VM but the other PCs I have stayed at - Windows 11 23H2, NOT upgraded.

    WELL, HOW TO PROCEED...?

    I have Win 11 Pro 23H2 License, but my program require for 22H2 version, Can I install 22H2 version ISO and active with 23H2 version license?
