Change Attached "Turn Off Screen" Image?

In Windows 11 Pro 24H2, I set the screen turn-off delay to 15 min. plugged in, but after 15 min. Windows puts up the attached image, very much not black, which stays on indefinitely. Why, and what can I do to change it? -- JCW2
