Windows 10: Memory Integrity in core isolation won't stay on after restart

I recently got an error in Valorant telling me to turn on HVCI, and Riot support is telling me to turn on memory integrity in order to "fix the HVCI" error message. This happens with only one of my accounts, the other one has no issue so far, and I've been playing the game for 5 years with no issue thus far. Riot support is telling me that there may be malware or cheating software installed, but I just did a factory reset of my computer and still got the same issue. When I turn on memory integrity, and restart my PC, I get a blue screen I believe the error at the bottom is ACPI, but cant remem

Cannot Turn On Core Isolation Memory Integrity in Settings

Not able to perform steps in Option 1
Under "Windows Defender Security Center", "Device Security" is not an option.
Winver reports Version 1709 (OS build 16299 402)
The processor is Intel I3
Virtualization is enabled in system BIOS.

What is Memory Integrity in Core Isolation? Is it helpful to avoid malware, phishing, and ransomware? Is there any Performance drop when Memory Integrity is turned on? What is the percentage of performance drop? Does it affect battery life when memory integrity is turned on? Does it also increases CPU usage?

Please answer all my questions and give another information about Core Isolation- Memory Integrity regarding Battery life, CPU usage, RAM usage, and System stability,
