Windows 10: Help needed for applications crashing

When I open an application and it begins to load, it crashes. This happens every time i open certain important applications and crashes when a browser's information is too much for my laptop.I have checked my RAM for issues, I've done what I can about updating drivers, I've checked for viruses and malware, I've done a system file check, and I cleared up space.Faulting application name: TS4_x64.exe, version: 1.114.46.1030, time stamp: 0x67fd88efFaulting module name: TS4_x64.exe, version: 1.114.46.1030, time stamp: 0

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

Picasa application crashes on Windows 10.

  What exactly happens when you try to open Picasa? Did you receive any error message along with the crash?

  Does that mean the Photos app also crash?
  

I would like to inform you that you may try running the app in compatibility mode and check if the crash with the app persists.

Please follow the below steps:

1) Right click on the Program

2) Click on Properties.

3) Click on Compatibility
tab.

4) Select Run this program in compatibility mode (try different Operating systems) and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the application and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
