My bluetooth headphones will be working fine and then randomly it will just cut the audio. It doesn't disconnect, the audio just cuts out and I have to turn the headphones off and on again to reset it.It only happens when I stop and start a video, if i pause a video and then unpause after a couple of minutes and sometimes if i switch between videos on different tabs. It doesn't happen everytime I do these things but only rarely. It never just cuts out while a video is playing at least I haven't experienced that yet.I never had these issues with Windows 10 so it seems to be a Windows 11 issue

Windows 11 and Bluetooth Headphones Audio issues.

I have a Samsung Galexybook 2 360 running windows 11 and Bluetooth Surface 2 headphones. In the past both of these have worked flawlessly together with no issues with one exception. I had a third-party software I used to update drivers, but when that, I had the Bluetooth audio cut out - the surface headphones would connect but no sound would play. I simply rolled back all of the drivers (couldn't figure out which one was the problem) and everything went back to normal.

Until the new windows 11 update, now the Bluetooth headphones will connect but won't play audio without a lot of hassling and messing around in settings and control Pannels. And even then the audio quality is terribly muffled. On top of that I keep getting an warning saying that ibtavflt.sys was prevented from loading by a security setting.

I have tried almost everything people have suggested for all aspects of my issue including completely resetting my device with no avail. Here is a list of everything I can remember.

-To fix incompatible driver turn off core isolation - result in the past it stopped the error showing up but did not fix Bluetooth. Now I just get a page not available when I search for it.

-Turning everything possible on and off

-Makeing sure everything is up to date(samsung update, windows update, and intel driver update check) and rolling back drivers and versions. No luck

-Messing around in control panel turning off hands free mode

    - windows useless trouble shooter - no luck

-completely reset my device, multiple times. no luck.

-My speakers and wired headphones seem to work fine on my galexybook

-My surface headphones work fine on an old Bluetooth laptop and on my cell phone.

I am at my wits end, I just want my headphones to work. Any advice is appreciated

Unable to detect Bluetooth headphones in audio devices in Windows 11

Hello Muhammad, sorry about your problems. My name is Marco and I will do my best to help you.

1.The Handsfree Telephony feature can sometimes interfere with Bluetooth audio playback, treating it as a phone call instead of regular audio. Disabling this feature may resolve the issue:

Right-click the Start menu and select "Settings".

    Click on "Bluetooth & devices".

Under "Audio", click on the Bluetooth headphones entry.

Scroll down and uncheck the "Handsfree Telephony" option.

2.The Audio Sink setting allows your Bluetooth device to receive audio from your computer. Ensure it is enabled:

Follow the same steps as above to access the Bluetooth headphones properties.

Under "Services", check the "Audio Sink" option.

3.Restarting the Bluetooth Support Service can sometimes resolve connectivity issues:

Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.

    Type "services.msc" and press Enter.

Locate the "Bluetooth Support Service" entry.

Right-click on it and select "Restart".

4.Sometimes, removing all Bluetooth devices and re-pairing your headphones can resolve the issue:

Go to "Settings" > "Bluetooth & devices".

Under "Audio", remove all listed devices.

Turn off and back on your Bluetooth headphones.

Click "Add Bluetooth or other device" and follow the prompts to re-pair your headphones.
