Windows 10: WHEA-Logger 2 error, almost every minute

Hi, I'm full of this WHEA-Logger 2 error, almost every minute I have the Event Log is fulland I start seeing "System Interruption" in task manager, I just changed Windows on Saturday because of the blue screensAnd todai i have another Blue screen INFO PC

Sorry, the release notes for the update aren't helpful.

This isn't a device manager error. It is a WHEA-Logger error stored in the system events. Everything functions fine until either update is applied, then the error shows up basically every minute, on the minute. I pasted a copy of the error message in my
original message. I can add the detail, too, if that would be helpful. Thanks.

I have an unrecoverable hardware error with WHEA Logger ID1

 

9900K WHEA LOGGER Internal parity error or cache hierarch error.

Hi my pc:
9900K OC sync all cores was 50
2x16GB DDR4 GSKILL 3000MHZ xmp
Corsair 850RmX
Asus Prime Z390-A


On 5ghz with voltage 1.320v i had very rarely Whea Logger 19 Internal Parity error during game in Metro Exodus.
So rarely like 1 pop up Whea in 1 month.
Also on Realbench on 1.320v i had Whea Logger 19 Cache Hierarchy Error.
So i bumped to 1.330v and 2 months was fine. But yesterday in Battlefield 5 Whea Logger 19 Internal Parity error pop up in Battlefield 5 on 1.330V.


1.320v - Whea 19 Internal Parity Error (1 in 3-4 months ) in Metro Exodus
1.320v - Whea 19 Cache Hierarchy Error in Realbench

1.330v - Whea 19 Internal Parity Error ( 1 in 3 months ) in Battlefield 5
1.330v - no Wheas in Realbench



I am actually 9900K on stock 4700ghz,all auto in UEFI.

And my question. Is Whea Logger 19 Internal Parity Error related to insufficent Vcore ? Cache hierarchy the same?
