Windows 10: Lost Windows 11 Pro for Workstations activation after BIOS update error 0xC004F211

I recently performed a BIOS update and now my copy of Windows 11 Pro for Workstations OS build 26100.3915 is no longer activated. Windows shows “0xC004F211 – hardware has changed” and will not let me reactivate it. It's a digital license I purchased through the Microsoft App store yes, the associated account is signed in so there's no activation key I can enter manually. Upon completing the BIOS update I did notice that I had to enter my Bitlocker recovery key before it would let me boot into Windows so I assume some security identifier must have changed when performing the update. my win 11 pro suddenly not activated ( activate window watermark appeared ) and the troubleshoot says (we weren't able to activate windows on this device )

with ( Windows reported that the hardware has changed 0xC004F211 ) error but still receiving updates

i updated bios before one week but i hadn't change any hardware
