Windows 10: Microsoft family safety doesn't let me send requests for extra time on apps/signs me out...

Every day when an app's time limit is about to be hit i get the notification saying how much time i have left, when i click it an app pops up that should give me the ask for more time button but only tells me to sign in, for some reason untill now it just told me to input my pin and then signed me in and let me send a request, but now it gives me a differnt sign in prompt that only redirects to the "email and accounts" section of settings from where i can't do nothing but manage my signed in accounts not log/sign in anywhere

Windows 10 family safety is not sending reports, not listing URLs visited in Edge, and not sending me requests for more time from my child account.

It used to work fine and I did not change anything.

To solve the issue, I tried to delete the files in the family settings folder per another person's suggestion, but they won't delete because they are "in use by another program."

At wit's end!!!

 

Family Safety Restrictions Error Request for more Time

Microsoft Family Safety - Request time for Fortnite game.

When my son send a request for time to play Fortnite my phone recieves the request and I approve it. His pc does not recieve the approval so the dialog requesting extra time just stays on the screen.

I have tried to remove him from the account and then re-add him to the family. No change to the problem.

This is not the games problem as it's working when I log in as administrator on the PC and log him into Fortnite with his account.

Could this be addressed with possible priority as this might influence his school work apps wrt the access rights/time settings.
