Windows 10: why troubleshoot not work in my setting and i face a windows download error

My laptop is Hp victor laptop recently I faced a issue in charging because one window update issue so I can download the updat not download that and update error and I troubleshooting windows but I click the troubleshooting button but open a hp support assistant so you can solve the problem

If you are facing issues with Internet connectivity, I suggest you to run the in-built Internet connections troubleshooter.
Please try below steps and check if it helps.

• Type Troubleshooting in search box and open it.
• Click on View all.
• Click on Internet Connection.
  
• Follow the instruction.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Windows Installation Failed
