Windows 10: skizze pen driver issue

this issue just suddenly came to my device manager and don't know why or how i can solve it

no Skizze pen and drives installed, but Skizze pen appear on other device nods with !, after disabling and deleting, after rebooting the PC, the Skizze pen appear again, how to remove it definitively? Thank you

That is just a device driver, not an app, do you have a Skizze pen connected to your PC or did you previously have it connected to your PC and no longer use it?

Right click that skizze pen device and select Properties, then select the Drivers tab

Click the Driver Details button, please provide a screenshot of that dialog
