HiI attempting to run Dune Awakening and I am receiving this errorError Message "DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument"I updated the laptop, windows and the video drivers. Laptop system info and dxdiag results below - Full results available if needed - sorry for the lengthThere appears to be two drivers installed. 1st - IntelR UHD Graphics 630 2nd -NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 I tried everything I could find online. Direct X 12

I think I said Direct X 12 version doesn’t appear on all my Windows 10 devices.
Dxdiag was usedto determine the version on my systems. The link you sent is useless. When I used Preview Version of
windows10,the Direct X version was 12.. Now after upgrading to regular Windows10, from windows 7, none of my systems have Direct X 12, instead I have Direct X 9Ex. What the ****, I don’t even have Direct X 11. It is very disappointing. Direct X 12 should come
as updates, as I understand. But till now they don’t get updated to Version 12 even though other updates gets downloaded and installed.

In previous OS's the dxdiag tool reported the DirectX level as the highest level that the OS supported. In Windows 10 that was changed to show the highest Direct X level that the video card driver installed supports. There has been some confusion
in the forums with customers thinking that Windows 10 does not have DirectX 12.

Your best bet is to refer to (NVidia\AMD\Intel) sites to see what cards\drivers support full DX12.
