Hello,Should I be able to install the Printer Drivers for a Canon Pixma MG2929 Printer/Scanner on a Microsoft Surface Laptop 15" Touchscreen Copilot+ PC Laptop Snapdragon X Elite/16GB RAM/512GB SSD 2024?The Microsoft Surface Laptop has a SnapdragonR X 12-core X1E80100 @ 3.40 GHz 3.42 GHz Processor and a 64-bit operating system, ARM-based processor System Type.When I choose Windows 11 or Windows 10 x64 for my drivers it doesn't work. Thank you

Installation of a Canon Pixma IP8720 Printer driver

I am trying to install a Canon Pixma IP8720 Printer driver and get error messages. Canon says its due to my Windows 10 (x64) operating system. They tried the install on their computer and it worked. They even took control of my machine to try to install
the driver. I just get an error message during the installation of files 0001 0002.

Any suggestions ?

 

Canon printer wifi trouble

Hey,

I installed my canon pixma mg3210 with the newest driver and I choose wifi connection.

Eveyrthing works fine until I turn off the printer then my laptop doesn't detect the printer anymore.
Basically, the printer is offline.

Do let us know the following to assist you better:

• What exactly do you mean by Offline and cannot reconnect?
• Have you installed all the drivers for printer after upgrading to Windows 10?
• Is printer being detected on your computer?
• How have you connected the printer to your device?

I suggest you to try the below as a workaround and check if it helps.

Step 1: Try to install the latest drivers for the printer from the manufacturer's website.

Step 2: If the device is not detected on your computer try to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device
  options from the list.
• Click Next to run the Hardware and Device
  Troubleshooter.
