    VS Code Notebook SQL


    There is an interesting function on Azure Data Studio called Notebook SQL, the problem is that this tool will be unavaiable soon and all will be in VS Code, but i've been looking for this funtionality and i couldnt find it, can someone help me?I asked to Copilot and it tried to help me unsuccessfully.Help please : Thanks

    Cortana Notebook

    In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

    To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

    • Go to Cortana.
    • Go to Settings.
    • Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.

    SQL Express 2022 Installation is failing with error code - 2068052310

    Hello Team,

    Prerequisite:

    SQL 2019 Express is installed and working properly.

    Action performed:

    SQL Express 2022 Installation is failing with error code 2068052310 in my Windows 10 (22 H2) machine.

    below message is from the Summary.txt which was created by SQL installer

    Feature: SQL Server Replication

    Status: Failed

    Reason for failure: An error occurred for a dependency of the feature causing the setup process for the feature to fail.

    Next Step: Use the following information to resolve the error, and then try the setup process again.

    Component name: Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server

    Component error code: 1706

    Component log file: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\160\Setup Bootstrap\Log\20240529_175257\msoledbsql_Cpu64_1.log Error description: An installation package for the product Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server cannot be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package 'msoledbsql.msi'. Error help link: Your request has been blocked. This could be due to several reasons.

    when I searched against the error code, I found suggestions to uninstall ODBC driver 17 and retry the SQL installation.

    I could not find the root cause why this issue would occur.

    It would be of great help if someone please tell me if this can be detected before hand. We can mention this in readme, asking user to do a pre check and then perform the installation.
