Windows 10: How to reactivate W11 Pro after activation by phone.

At some point during the installation of my W11 Pro something went wrong. I had to activate by phone to get my W11Pro up and running.What if I have to reactivate this again for some reason?I seem to have misplaced the activation code I obtained on my phone.Regards,Wim

Problem with the activation of W11 Pro

Trying to activate W11 Pro, I get this error message: "Something has interrupted the troubleshooting. Make sure you're connected to the internet, wait a few minutes, and try again (0x80070057)." I would like to know what is causing this.

Problem with the activation of W11 Pro

Hello, my previous license was an OEM factory-installed one, specifically a W10 Home that I upgraded to W11 Home.



I upgraded the system to W11 Pro using a generic key (without a license). I used the trick of entering the generic W11 Pro key without an internet connection and then restarting. My hope was to activate it later with the W11 Pro key that I purchased from a third party (supposedly an official key).



My issue is that when I tried to do this, I encountered the error I mentioned in the previous post.



Regarding the current key, I deleted it to see if that would solve the problem (I am currently without a key). I have attached the screenshot in Spanish.

Can't upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will assist you in the best possible ways.

I suggest you to download and create an installation media for Windows 10 Pro form the link provided below:

Download Windows 10

After the installation media is created, suggest you to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from the installation media. When the upgrade asks for product key, enter the product key purchased for Windows 10 Pro. If it does not accept, suggest you to skip the activation
step. After the Operating System is installed, suggest you to activate by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.
