    Trouble Printing Custom Label Size 103mm x 100mm with Brother QL-1100 from Proteria


    Dear Support Team,I am experiencing an issue when trying to print shipping labels from Proteria using my Brother QL-1100 printer.I want to use a custom label size of 103mm x 100mm, but the print dialog only offers a default size of 103mm x 164mm. I managed to set the correct size using P-touch Editor, but I don’t want to open that program every time I print. I need this 103mm x 100mm format to appear as a selectable option directly in the Windows print menu when printing from Proteria.I have tried checking the "Advanced" print settings, but I don’t see any option for setting a custom paper siz

    Unable to open/print some files marked as LBT through the Brother QL-700 address labeler.

    Have/use Windows 10. I use Brother QL-700 for address labels, which, by the way, were lost when Windows 10 was installed.

    In any event, now when I use my labeler, the address labels are marked LBT file. Try though I may, I have no idea how to open these files for printing.

    BTW, w/Windows 7, the Brother printer had its own expandable menu in start-up.

    I am NOT computer savvy, I need help, lest my machine is deemed useless by Windows 10.

    Just installed Windows 10 Found there is no driver for Brother Label Printer QL-570 any advice would be appreciated.

    I understand that you are facing an issue printing files marked as LBT.

    Please note that Brother QL-700 is compatible with windows 10 so it will work fine just like it did in Windows 7.

    I would suggest you to try re-installing the printer's driver and check if the issue persists.
