Hi,I had malware problem few days ago so I install Kaspersky, after perform few extreme full scan my laptop is clear.However since then whenever I start laptop, the lock screen take very long to load completely. After I key in PIN and enter, my window UI changed, it pop out message "We can't sign in to your account. This problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account then signing back in. If you don't sign out now, any files you create or changes you make will be lost."Indeed it fix after i sign out and sign in every time, but this keep happening it worry me. Is it serious? Can anyo

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?

HELP! Signed in with a temporary account - not the usual problem


Hi folks,

I'm hoping someone can help with this. My Windows 10 PC had a problem today where it couldn't find the boot drive. I replaced the SATA cable and it solved the problem, but when Windows 10 started back up it logged me in and gave the

message. I've googled this error and found this tutorial on how to fix it but the first step is to back up files and folders from C:\Users\(problem profile).

However, this folder no longer exists on my HDD. If I look at the profile registry key, it's pointing at where the folder should be, but the folder is gone. It's not hidden, I have hidden files viewable, it's just gone.

It was my profile, it was an administrator account. The rest of the family's profiles and files are intact, but mine are gone.

To add insult to injury, I tried a system restore from an automatic point taken at lunchtime today, but the process fails with this error:





Can anyone help, please?
