  1. Scanning PDF to One Drive increase zoom

I am scanning documents via Notes on iPhone and uploading to OneDrive as a PDF but the file is really zoomed in. One Drive just adjusts the file to "window size" so I couldn't tell until I sent on email. How do I get the correct preview when the zoom is at 100%?Thanks

    :)

  2. Badly zoomed in on all Office products and Explorer

    Hi,

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

    • If you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down the Ctrl key, and then scroll the wheel to zoom in or out.
    • From the keyboard, you can increase or decrease the zoom value in 10% increments. To zoom in, press Ctrl + (+). To zoom out, press Ctrl + (-). To restore the zoom to 100%, press Ctrl+0.

Hope this information is helpful. Please do let us know if you need further assistance, we’ll be glad to assist you.

  3. Scan Issue - Document Scans to very large PDF Size

I saw this issue about a year ago -- when I used Scan with an older MFC 8860DN with letter sized pages under Windows 10.

As I increased the dpi of the scan, the scanned pdf linear size increased in proportion.

The workaround I use is to print to pdf from the Adobe Acrobat Reader, with the "Fit to Page Size" button selected. With my printer output set to 8.5"x11", both the linear dimensions, and the file size in MB returns to sanity. The scanning is slow, and it
is a 2 step process, but it works.

How to save a scanned document as PDF

    Hi Chuck.

There are some options that you can do to save the scanned documents to PDF file. You may follow these steps:

    • Copy the scanned document.
    • Open Word, then paste it.
    • Click File > Save As > Choose the location where you want to save it.
    • On Save as type, choose PDF > Save.

Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance.
