Windows 10: Aw

Idk why my computer when i reboot or anything it adds french everytime i bought a canadian pc because i live in canada i am not french, this was a waste of money when are good windows 11 updates, please stop supporting cyberpowerpc's with windows11 if they are not compatible with each other.I want English only, not French please. It's getting annoying.

Is AWS connecting to the internet

I have scanned my network on my Windows 10 and Windows 10 Pro and I fin AWS is in the list after the scan. Is AWS a part of the Microsoft network, I know AWS has been working for Microsoft already. So is AWS capable of connecting to my windows. Yes I have
allowed everything in Windows Experience. Is there a switching it off in firewall?

Awful quality of "Me" picture

Not sure what's causing this, but I changed my picture in Messenger (also tried via live.com) to a large png, and when it syncs to my phone, the quality is awful. I'm on WiFi, so I don't think it's related to O2 squishing images.

Anyone else have this? Is a way to improve it? (I can't find a way to edit it on the phone, though I'm sure I did the first time, before I had to reset).
