I am getting ERROR: Message Code 715-123130 when attempting to Download the windows 7 ISO to reformat my computer before upgrading to windows 10. What should I do?

- I'm trying to download Windows 7 .iso image using the product key located underneath my laptop, but I face the same problem:

"We encountered a problem with your request. Please visit
Microsoft Support Contact Us page for assistance. Refer to Message Code 715-123130 and Transaction ID c161f023-f2d1-4e12-b623-c4cae15366d5."

- I' running windows 10 currently, and my laptop is HP620

Hi, I was trying to download windows 10 to my chromebook. When I first tried to do this it asked me for a 32 bit version or a 64 bit version. I clicked 32 bit but then quickly realized I wanted the 64 bit version instead. So after I deleted the first 32
bit download,I tried the 64 bit version,then it said an error 715 123130 occurred. I am confused with whats wrong.
