Windows 10: How do I disable tamper protection or atleast turn off Attack surface reduction - Not...

I cant launch any games from steam at all despite having full permisions on the folder, I am the only person who uses this pc yet somehow I dont have access to turning off tamper protection and ect, why is this the case Im specifically having issues with at first "kovaaks" then "palworld" I am just so lost in the help forums trying to get me to go into my commands and ect this has only been an issue since recently and I know its going to keep happening with these security updates is there something wrong with how my firewall is setup?

The problem im having is that attack surface reduction is support to only work on pro/enterprise windows because im on windows home I cant use GPEDIT to turn it off and the power-shell commands to turn it off just don't work
