    As seen in the screenshot the in my explorer show blank icon for psd file where as it show illustration icon for ai file. How can i retore the missing photoshop icon on the right side of each photoshop psd file instead of the blank icon?

    Blank shortcut icon GPU-Z

    It's not fixed, today my GPU-Z icon is a blank shortcut icon again..
    And it says GPU-Z.exe does not contain an icon

    Some icons missing in W7

    Why are some of my icons missing? Not just the shortcuts of those pinned in the start menu, the programs themselves lost their icons. Yet other times they re-appear.

    You can't rename or even create new folders, etc ... The icons are there I just took a screenshot to show what I was talking about. The icons are unclickable
