    Dear SassyIrishChris

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

I'm sorry to hear that you are facing issues with your Philips 34E1C5600 embedded camera on Windows 11. If you have already tried troubleshooting using Device Manager and checking account settings in Windows Settings without success, here are a few additional steps you can try:

    1. Check Camera Privacy Settings:
      • Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera.
      • Ensure that the "Allow apps to access your camera" toggle is turned on.
      • Check the list of apps that have permission to access the camera and make sure the apps you are trying to use are allowed access.
    2. Update Windows 11:
      • Make sure your Windows 11 is up to date by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and checking for any available updates.
    3. Update Camera Drivers:
      • Visit the Philips website or the manufacturer's website to see if there are any updated drivers available for your monitor's embedded camera. Download and install any updated drivers.
    4. Check BIOS/UEFI Settings:
      • Sometimes, the camera may not be recognized due to BIOS/UEFI settings. Check the BIOS/UEFI settings to ensure that the camera is enabled.
    5. Run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter:
      • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
      • Run the "Hardware and Devices" troubleshooter to see if it can detect and fix any issues with the camera.
    6. Contact Philips Support:
      • If the issue persists, it may be a hardware-related problem with the embedded camera. Contact Philips customer support for further assistance or to inquire about warranty options.

Finally, you can try installing your WINDOWS system to the latest version using WINDOWS ISO Repair.

Regarding your issue, according to your description you have tried many solutions.

So to give you the steps to repair and install WINDOWS, first of all, it is recommended that you backup your important data on your C drive to an external storage media.

    Laptop Camera

Thanks for providing the results after completing the steps we provided. Since you're still getting the error message “Your camera cannot be found” along with the error code "0xA00F4244 (0xC00DABED)", we suggest that you follow the steps below
to reset the Camera app on your Windows 10 computer:

    • Press the Windows Key + I to open the Settings app.
    • From the options presented select System, then click on
      Apps & features
      located on the left pane.
    • Locate the Camera app from the list and select it.
    • Select the Advanced options link and then choose Reset.
    • When the pop-up notification is shown just click on the Reset
      button once more.
    • Once all the steps are complete, kindly reboot your computer.

Completing this steps will clear the cache of the Camera app and allow it to re-recognize any video capture devices connected to your computer.

    Regards.
