Windows 10: Sfc scan now found corrupted files and doesn’t fix after reboot

I ran a sfc scannow and it ran it and said that it found corrupted files and successfully removed them and then says it will make changes after next reboot and when I reboot I ran the sfc scannow again to see if it removed it or not and it did the scan again and it says the same message I did it again and it’s just a loop at this point.

If the issue still persist,

Step 2: I suggest you to run DISM or System Update Readiness tool and check.

Step 3: I recommend you to install all the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type updates.

SFC scan found corrupt files and was unable to fix some of them.

In accordance with the title, I decided to run an SFC scan after I had to forcibly shut my laptop down after a system freeze. It did find corrupt files and was unable to fix all of them. I've included the CBS.log file if a diagnosis is possible. My laptop is the Dell G3 as listed in my system specs. Thanks!
