Windows 10: No display when turning on laptop after rebooting from installation of Windows Linux Subsystem

This is a problem that I have had for quite some time. I would download something like WSL and my screen would just not appear anywhere. A solution I used to use was to go into recovery mode and to just reset the PC, but ever since my laptop screen broke I am not able to see anything in the BIOS, the recovery menu or the boot menu, and I am not able to do anything. I need to do something about this because I have some important personal files on there.

Turn off Linux Subsystem Updates

1. Open Settings.

2. Click on Apps.

3. Click on Apps & features.

4. Under the “Related settings” section, click the Programs and Features option from the right side.

5. Click the “Turn Windows features on or off” option.

6. Clear the “Virtual Machine Platform” option.

7. Clear the “Windows Subsystem for Linux” option.

8. Click the OK button.

If you have already tried these steps and still receive updates for the Linux subsystem, try uninstalling WSL 2 Linux kernel update by following these steps:

1. Open Settings.

2. Click on Apps.

3. Click on Apps & Features.

4. Select the Windows Subsystem for Linux update item and click the Uninstall button.

5. Click the Uninstall button again.

Can't turn Windows Subsystem for Linux on

I want to turn Windows Subsystem for Linux on but it turn off automatically on restarting windows.

I've install Ubuntu via windows store already.
