Windows 10: Can I have help finding a permanent solution for the sound issues I am experiencing?

Experiencing many different problems with the Windows 11 volume slider:Every time I change the volume using the provided slider, it will play an annoying sound. Specifically, it will play the "Windows Background.wav" sound file whenever I change the volume by clicking or scrolling on the volume slider attached to the taskbar. To my understanding, it should play the "Windows Notify System Generic.wav" sound file, but I do not want either of these sounds to play and I would like the ability to permanently remove these sound effects from playing.It is increasingly frustrating to have not only a s
