Windows 10: Windows 11 and Defender Issue

Two months ago I updated my Dell laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Seemed to be working fine until I tried to print. Even though the printer was connected, could not print. Removing and reinstalling the printer didn't correct the issue. Probably a month later google chrome and Edge stopped working. I tried many of the suggested fixes, flush and ip reset, but still not working. Now it displays a message saying your organization used Windows Defender to blocking this app. Edge will open but displays a "your internet access is blocked, Firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the conne

We suggest you to avoid installing any cleaner or anti-virus software that may interrupt the function of Windows Defender. Make sure that Windows Defender is always on. To do this follow these steps:

• On the Start menu, type Windows Defender and hit enter.
  
• Click Settings.
  
• Turn Real-time protection on.

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter

  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion
