Windows 10: Issue with SQL Server 2022 RTM GDR KB5046861 Update - Error code Install error - 0x851a0020

Greetings,I need help with an issue I’ve been experiencing for the past month. Below is a short description of the problem:I regularly install Windows updates, and about a month ago I encountered an issue with installing the SQL Server update KB5046861. The update downloads and attempts to install, but ultimately fails. Unfortunately, I’m unable to attach screenshots at the moment.I searched various forums and discovered that the issue appears to be related to an instance called TEW_SQLEXPRESS. Since I’m not an IT technician, I made the mistake of going into the registry to investigate. I

I'm no longer using SQL server and I uninstalled it. But I'm having the Security Update for SQL Server error.

I followed the instructions for this issue (Issue with failed installation of Security Update for SQL Server 2022 RTM GDR (KB5029379) on Windows 11 - Microsoft Q&A) and it is not working. Just in case, I don't have an antivirus apart from Windows Defender, so I ignored the part of disabling the antivirus, but I did disable the firewall.

 

Update Failed - Security Update for SQL Server 2019 RTM GDR (KB5021125) - Download error - 0x8024a206 - Did I break something?

It shows this in the Windows Update section:

Security Update for SQL Server 2019 RTM GDR (KB5021125)

Download error - 0x8024a206

and shows "Error encountered" on the right side of the same section. When I hit retry it shows the same message. How can I fix this?
