Windows 10: Minecraft multiplayer

Hi. On minecraft bedrock edition. It doesn't allow any of my friends to join my world and it doesn't all me to join any world also. I've tried everything from deleting minecraft and reinstalling it to sending the world to my friend. And nothing works

Hello Angelina, I'm an independent Microsoft advisor and a fellow Windows/Microsoft user.

Check if you're not listed as a child in any family group. You can do this by going to the Microsoft account website and then signing in with your Microsoft account. Click on "Family settings" and under "Your family", make sure you're not listed as a child. If you see yourself listed, click "Remove" and confirm removal.

If removing yourself didn't work try contacting Mojang support by searching the Mojang Support website online. They might have additional troubleshooting steps or insights specific to your situation.

As a last resort, you can consider creating a new adult Microsoft account specifically for playing Minecraft multiplayer. This would allow you to bypass family restrictions related to multiplayer. Make sure to transfer any important purchases or data associated with your current account before creating a new one.
