Windows 10: why it says wrong password in recovery mode even though I can sign in with the same...

Yesterday I made windows update for windows 10 now my taskbar keeps freezing and also my laptop getting so much heated even am doing nothing on it just turned on no apps running nothing am sure it's the problem for the update I wanna uninstall it through recovery mode but it's asking me for password i have entered all the password i know even reset it entered the new one still not working I can sign in with the same password in Microsoft website but not here

Laptop password is wrong and cannot sign into it.

1. Window saying wrong password. Also cannot get laptop to into safe mode when hitting the shift key and restart

About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in options.
• On the right side, you will see required sign in.
• Change it to Never.
