Windows 10: Can some one help iam stuck in blue screen

Can some one help me Iam stuck in the bluescreen and yes when I try but it on broken mode it doesent work so somebody said me in support I need memorystick and other computer to reset my windows so now I got the stuff can some one help me to reset the windows probetly please help

If iam unable enable safe mode as well as restart or delete my files command prompts also fail to work i am stuck in a blue screen loop
