Windows 10: Inactive Title Bar Text color Change

Dear and respected, PLease be kind and generous and provide me with a solution on how can i achieve the thing that i want and that is that Inactive Title Bar Text color be rather more visible than it is now when it is gray ,i am totally satisfied with bar colors both active as Blue and Inactive as Orange the thing i would want if i can not get the Inactive Title Bar in Orange with a Blue text which would be ideal scenario than i would at least like to change the Inactive Title Bar Text to black color to be easily readable ,so please once more i plea on your unselfish and abundant and above all

Is it possible to change the title bar *TEXT* color?

I agree. Yes, it is- you have complete control if you use Aeroglass. And you can choose your active and inactive title bar colours. Except for Wordpad (always black text) and one other at least...

(I had understood that in the latest release, MS had applied colour to the active title bar.. in the first public release all were white, no borders, so very confusing).

To change the title bar colors in Windows 10, you can use the built-in colors by changing the High Contrast Settings without editing the registry.

Here are the steps:

• Click Start, and then click Settings.
• Click Ease of Access, and then click High contrast.
• Choose a theme. You can also change the colors for the Text, Hyperlinks, Disabled Text, Selected Text, Button Text and Background on this option.
• Click Apply.
