Accidentally deleted windows 11 boot manager

I have 3 drives in my system, my 2tb nvme ssd, my 2tb hdd, and my 1tb ssd. I used to have windows 10 installed on my normal ssd, i then installed 10 on my nvme and thought i cleared my old ssd. i upgraded to windows 11 on my nvme and still wasn't using my old ssd for anything so i just installed arch linux onto it, turns out that my windows boot manager was on my old ssd this whole time and i can no longer boot into windows, all of my files and stuff are still on my nvme but there is no way for me to boot into it. im on my linux install right now completely stumped on what to do as i would lik

Accidentally wiped the windows boot manager partition

    Hello,

I was trying to fix why my computer wasn't booting after removing a drive and ended up wiping my System partition. I possibly know two steps forward and was wondering which of them to move forward with.

    1. Is it possible to create another windows boot manager where the old one was deleted?

    2. I know it is possible to create a bootable USB and recover the data that is needed and then reinstall windows. What would you recommend and how would I go about creating it?

My issue is fairly similar to one posted here: Redirecting

    Thanks.

There could be some system conflict triggered after the said changes. To help you with your concern, we suggest that you perform a clean boot. A
clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This will help to determine what is causing the issue on the Windows boot manager. To do this, click on this
link and scroll down to the
How to determine what is causing the problem by performing a clean boot section then follow the steps listed..

Note: If the installation is successful and the issue has been resolved. Please go through the section “How to reset the computer to start as usual” to reset your computer to the normal startup.

Let us know how it goes after performing the suggested steps.

No disks show up when I go to reinstall windows 11

I've been trying to reinstall windows 11 using an installation media due to my laptop not booting up properly, I managed to follow the steps but it had crashed early on due to the installation media being broken? So I reinstalled the media onto my drive again and followed the steps again- I think I accidentally deleted the disk I was meant to install windows on though, because it no longer shows up when I go to install it

And the only thing that shows up when I use a command to look at the disk list is my USB. And the boot list no longer shows 2 options [two being whatever I had already on there and my usb boot]
