Windows 10: Browser closes itself periodically

Web browser closes itself every 5-10 minutes and when it does the camera turns on and off for a second and it happens on every single browser i have tried on chrome, brave and firefox . I think it could be a problem related to drivers but honestly i have no idea. It started when i deleted some folders in the C:\ and appdata directory to save space which was dumb. I have tried reinstalling my gpu AMD drivers but that didnt seem to work.I have seen in WinDbg that there is a constant kernel error message that shows up every second that might be related.and when it crashes this gets printed to

How does browser determine default email ADDRESS ?

I never experiences this. As a first step I suggest to set automatic deleting tracking cookies when switching off the browser. If you keep your browser standard open, just close it when not using it.
