Windows 10: How do I fix when my microsoft sign in pop up closes right when it opens?

No matter if its trying to log into the xbox app, the health app, or even in settings account info when I try to update info on my microsoft account. Whenver I click "Sign in" it opens and then immediately crashes. Or in Xbox App it constantly open and closes and then ends with "Failed to sign you in" but wont let me sign in manually. I have tried everything for 2 days. Troubleshooting for hours. Reddits, forums. People don't seem to be having the same issue I am having but similar issues to fix these problems have not worked. Opening command prompt and using it to uninstall and reinstall file
