Windows 10: My Laptop keeps freezing and becomes unresponsive

Several times over the past couple weeks, my computer has frozen completely and does not respond to any input making me have to do a hard reset in order to get it out of it. These freezes happen at random times and I cannot figure out why.While im gaming it happens frequently but it's not a thermal-throtteling issue because the temps never reach 100 degrees and there aren't any corrupted files, even with a factory reset the issue stayed.I even tried to restart the graphic driver but to no avail.I'm convinced its a driver or software issue but can't really fix it, looking at the event log didn'
