Windows 10: HP Victus 15 gaming laptop blue screening

Despite this being a new computer I got about a week ago it has already started acting like my old laptop. I ran webroot deep scan over all my usb hard drives to make sure it wasn't caused by the external drives. I have ran the uefi diagnostic thing but I don't have a empty drive to store the results in. I do have access to the dumpfiles that my computer made in the windows file explorer. I turned windows defender off or at least i think I did because I heard it can cause compatibility issues.
