    My tws earphones don't work with my laptop. They are connected when they are in case but...


    My tws earphones don't work with my laptop. They are connected when they are in case but then gets disconnected when i take them out. And for the brief moment they are connected outside the case, there's no audio outputs. These buds work fine with my phone. I have tried everything, editing refgistry, resetting bluetooth to resetting the entire pc. On control panel >sound> Playback, it shows up as "headphones" but still no audio. And it's not just the earphones. When i pair it with my phone, on my laptop it shows as connected while my phone shows "Connecting" then fails.
