Windows 10: Windows crashes but no BSOD "The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 0x0000000000000000,...

after upgrading my pc i started to have these weird system failures where whe whole system would freeze up, but somehow wouldnt like entirely crash? no blue screen and it never recovers from it by itself, ive always had to force restart when it happens. ive used DDU multiple times to remove my previous gpus drivers but that doesnt seem to be the problem im assuming. here is the dump file it generated:051125-22312-01.dmpryzen 7900radeon 9070xt

Silent BSOD: bugcheck was: 0x00000133


Computer freezed twice today, ran 4 weeks without issue. No new software or drivers installed. Screen froze and then computer restart without BSOD message. Event log message: bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000501, 0x0000000000000500, 0x0000000000000000). Attachment 94325

I am using VS Code, when I run a debug on my Python file my computer crashes, shows the blue screen.

When I checked the Event Log It showed this error:
