    Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime for WIN10


    I am having some issues with my Dell Support Assist software on my Dell Desktop PC running WIN10. One the Dell community thought my Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime software might be the problem. Control Panel shows me the following as being installed. Is it normal for two of these programs to be installed at the same time? Is there a newer version than the one installed 12/7/2024 that is compatible with WIN10?

    Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
