    What do I do


    I factory reset my Dell windows 10 laptop and it got stuck at 74 percent for 3 and a half hours so I shut down the computer and now it will reboot and then ask me for an os to use and then it restarts and does the same thing I've tried everything I could including opening the one time boot menu and restarting it 3 times and nothing has worked and I cant do the shift plus reset either
