Windows 10: BSOD when switching Xbox account.

I was switching accounts on the Xbox app to play a game on my account, I had just signed out of my brother's account when the PC suddenly restarted. I was watching YouTube on a second monitor. I did not see the bsod myself monitor just shut off and pc rebooted fine, but the failure is listed as such in Reliability Monitor, if that means anything. dmp file below051225-14296-01.dmp

Switch Accounts not working in Xbox App

I have done all the recommended steps I’ve found on the forums. When I open the Xbox app and press switch accounts, the tab flashes black a few times and then signs me directly back into the same account. Someone please help me. The account it’s signing into is the account my computer is set up with. But that’s not my Xbox account.

 

How do I switch Xbox live accounts?

My guess is, you have two Microsoft accounts.

• The first Microsoft account is the one you were already using on your Xbox
• The second account is the one you are using on the phone.

Assuming that this is a brand new phone, I would recommend that,

• you stop using the second account you are using the phone. You can do so by resetting your phone. do this by going to SETTINGS > ABOUT > RESET.
• When the phone comes back after the reset, use the XBOX account. That way, they will both have the same features.
